Nanny Working Hours:

Nanny Salary: The remuneration for our nannies varies based on their age, experience, and the scope of their responsibilities. London nannies with a minimum of 5 years of childcare experience can typically expect a salary ranging from £15.00 to £30.00 gross per hour for live-out roles. Each compensation package is individually negotiated, and highly experienced nannies may command higher salaries. It's important to note that the current national minimum wage in the UK stands at £10.42 per hour.

Additionally, nannies are entitled to a minimum of 4 weeks of paid holiday. Employers are responsible for handling the nannies' tax and national insurance contributions, which can be conveniently managed through nannytax.co.uk.
